We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. To be eligible for a successful return, your footwear must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original product packaging.

2. Returns Must Be Authorized by Customer Support

To initiate a return or exchange, you must contact our customer support team first for verification and authorization. Please do not send your purchase back to the warehouse or the address printed on the shipping parcel before reaching out to us, as un-authorized returns cannot be tracked or processed.

Step-by-Step Return Process:

  2. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. Once approved, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address and detailed instructions.
  3. Pack the shoes securely in their original packaging and mail the package using a trackable courier service. Send us the return tracking number via email.

3. Return Shipping Fees and Conditions

  • Customer Responsibility: If you are returning the shoes due to personal preferences, accidental orders, or choosing an incorrect size, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the items are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong shoe style/size, contact us immediately at support@lizrha.com. In these instances, LIZRHA will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or arrange a free replacement.
  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge consumers any restocking fees or administrative penalties for returning products.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the perfect fitting soccer cleats or water shoes is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved by our support team, make a separate purchase for the new size or color on our website.

5. Refunds Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned package at our facility, we will send you an email notification to confirm approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method (Credit Card or PayPal) within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction to your account balance.
